Hours: Wednesday, 5 to 6:30 p.m.; Thursday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday, 7:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The OVMA strongly encourages pre-registration, as those who register by the cut-off date, will receive their confirmation materials in the mail and enjoy reduced registration fees.
However, on-site registration will be available during the above hours. Just pick up an on-site registration form at the kiosk, or save time by downloading a form online (available in February) to fill out prior to arriving at the Conference.
Exhibit Hall & New PRoduct Showcase
Hours: Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Take advantage of the two-hour lunch break to browse through the Exhibit Hall, with nearly 200 industry service providers ready to show you the latest and greatest advances in technology. Please note that there are no exhibit hours on Sunday, Feb. 25.
Attendees will have access to free wi-fi in Convention Center session rooms.

The MVC is once again offering titer testing for attendees. Individuals who have received rabies pre-exposure vaccination and continue to be at risk for exposure are recommended to have their titer checked every two years.
This service, offered by ARCpoint Labs of Columbus, OH Metro, will be available on Friday and Saturday for a cost of $75 for a rabies antibody screen or $92 for rabies antibody endpoint testing. Payment may be made in cash, credit card or check made payable to ARCpoint Labs. Results will be mailed within three to four weeks.
Once you download the MVC mobile app, your smartphone is going to need a full battery at all times! Stop by the MVC’s charging stations in between sessions to keep your devices charged and ready for some serious note taking.
Take a few minutes to destress in between sessions in the new Wellness Center, where you can engage in stress-relieving activities, share your perspective in a wellness survey, and access informational resources.
Career Opportunities Board
Once again, attendees will be able to post and browse the job opportunities board, located just outside the Exhibit Hall. Please note, OVMA staff will not be available to help set up or provide materials to post information (such as tape or thumbtacks), and space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
There is a private area for nursing mothers, located on the connector between the GCCC and the Hyatt. Directions will be provided in the on-site program.
Attendees may purchase session recordings on site in mp3 format. Visit the Dove Enterprises booth located in the Union Station Ballroom foyer outside Hall A to place your order.

A coat check is available each day of the Conference in the Union Station Ballroom foyer outside Hall A. Attendees may check coats and luggage. Approximate cost of checking a coat or luggage is $2 per item.
