Confirmation Materials

All attendees (except students, who may pick up their badges on site) will receive a confirmation letter and their registration badge in the mail beginning the week of Feb. 8, 2016. Please review the contents carefully and bring the packet with you to the Midwest Veterinary Conference.

We will send your confirmation packet to the following address:

If this is incorrect, please {[E-MODIFY REG LINK]} to modify your entry, or contact OVMA.

If you do not receive these materials prior to the Conference, you may pick up your materials at the attendee assistance counter in Hall C of the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Preparing for the MVC

Companion Animal Health
IT Corps

Reserve a hotel room. Housing is available through several local hotels, which have reduced-rate rooms reserved for MVC attendees. Please visit the MVC Travel & Hotels page for participating hotels, rates, and reservation instructions, as well as parking and travel information.

Get MVC updates. In the event of a program change, we'll post notifications on the Program Changes page. You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter to get MVC updates.

Help make MVC a success! Volunteering at the Conference is a great way to become more involved, connect with experts in your field, and meet MVC speakers. To learn more about becoming a Session Presider and to sign up, visit the MVC Volunteers page.

Plan your visit to the Exhibit Hall. Maximize your Exhibit Hall time! Find out what companies have signed up to exhibit, as well as which are participating in the new Exhibit Hall Passport to Rewards program and the New Product Showcase.

IT Corps

Download and print your session notes. Conference Proceedings, brought to you by Gold Sponsor IT Corps, will be accessible online beginning Feb. 1, 2016. You will use the password IT4VET to log in. If you wish to have a hard copy of your notes at the Conference, be sure to print session notes in advance, as printing stations are not available on site.

MWI Animal Health

Stay in the know, on the go! Download the MVC mobile app, brought to you by Bronze Sponsor MWI Animal Health, beginning in January. You'll be able to create your own custom schedule, bookmark exhibitors you'd like to visit, get real-time conference updates, navigate your way around the Convention Center, rate speakers and sessions, and more — right in the palm of your hand!

At the Conference

Leave your pets at home. We love them as much as you do, but Convention Center regulations and health codes prohibit pets from entering the Midwest Veterinary Conference. In keeping with the law, only assistance dogs are permitted. Please help us not disappoint your pets by making them go home early!

Pick up your materials. When you arrive at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, you may pick up your on-site program, flash drive of Conference Proceedings, and badge holder at the Program Materials station in Hall C.

REMEMBER: If you have received your confirmation packet and badge in the mail, you do not need to check in with the MVC staff.

Get your titers tested. The MVC is once again offering titer testing in the Wellness Center on Friday and Saturday. The service, provided by ARCpoint Labs of Columbus, will be available for a cost of $72 for a rabies antibody screen or $92 for rabies antibody endpoint testing. Payment may be made in cash, credit card or check made payable to ARCpoint Labs.

IT Corps

Stay Connected! Attendees will be able to access free wi-fi in the Convention Center, compliments of Gold Sponsor IT Corps. And as always, the Internet Cafe will be open during attendee assistance hours.
