In July 2020, the Ohio Veterinary Medical Licensing Board adopted a resolution authorizing all CE hours to be earned via online formats through the end of the current renewal period (2021 for technicians, 2022 for veterinarians).
Please Note: For states other than Ohio, it is advisable to confirm online CE approval status with your state’s veterinary licensing entity.

Suspended its CE rules by Executive Order to allow for all CE to be online through 2020. We are awaiting word whether this will be extended into 2021.
West Virginia and a number of other states either allowed for all online CE or suspended the requirement for 2020. We are awaiting information as to whether these actions will be extended through all or part of 2021.
The MVC Virtual Platform does not track attendees' session participation. Therefore, each attendee is responsible for creating his/her own CE record.
Attendees will be able to download a Certificate of Participation and Record of Continuing Education via the MVC Virtual Platform. You can use this form to keep track of the sessions you watch, whether you view them live or on demand, and the number of hours earned at the MVC Virtual. Instructions are included on the form for obtaining a signature should your state's licensing board require verification of the hosting organization.
