You will be able to pick up a copy of the On-Site Program when you arrive. Please note, the On-Site Program DOES NOT contain session descriptions, so if you would like to be able to read descriptions, please bring your Registration Program with you or refer to the mobile app.
Keep in mind that the MVC is not just an educational event, but a networking event as well! Therefore, we recommend business casual attire. You may wish to dress in layers, as meeting room temperatures can vary.

Attendees will be able to purchase lunch right in the Exhibit Hall during the midday break, and there are a variety of other dining establishments in or within walking distance of the convention center.
Attendees can use the Charging Stations in the Exhibit Hall Lounge to charge electronics, but they should bring their own charging cords. There are also power strips in the Gathering Corner located outside the Exhibit Hall south entrance; a limited number of Android and Apple cords are provided for attendee use.
Attendees are invited to post and browse employment opportunities and for-sale listings on the bulletin board located outside the Exhibit Hall. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The MVC currently does not host a job fair or other recruitment events, but attendees are welcome and encouraged to use the mobile app to network with colleagues.
The MVC does not provide dedicated private interview space, but attendees may set up small informal meetings amongst themselves in the common areas. The mobile app can also be used to set up appointments with other attendees.
