Exhibitors are invited to reserve their booths for the 2021 Conference on site at the 2020 MVC. The reservation schedule is as follows:
Important: Please review the preliminary 2021 floor plan (below) and select your top three spaces prior to your selection period.
Appoint a staff person to handle the reservation and discuss what he/she should do in the event your preferred booth is not available.
Upon check in, exhibitors will receive a specific time slot within their hour-long window during which they can come to the exhibit sales booth (located just inside the north Hall A entrance) and select their booth.
In cases where there are multiple exhibitors with the same time slot, they will be able to reserve their booths on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If any changes need to be made to your company's main contact, please share that with OVMA staff at this time.
No payment will be due at the time of reservation.
The main company contact will receive an email confirmation of their booth reservation.
Companies have until April 1 to submit a deposit and lock in their booth selection.
