Now available: MVC session notes and presentations

The {[E-TITLE]} proceedings are up! See below for instructions on  accessing your session notes and speaker presentations.

Keep in mind that, although many speakers provide reference documents for their sessions, not all opt to do so. If there are no documents included for any sessions you plan to attend, that is because we have not received anything for that session. However, if a speaker submits items at a later date, we will update the site to include those materials.

For your convenience, we have also included a copy of your registration at the bottom of this email.

Note: Session documents will also be accessible in the MVC Mobile App. You will receive an email when the app is available for download.

Saving PDFs: If you would like to have a digital version of your session notes and/or presentations to refer to on site, we strongly encourage you to download the documents to your device (laptop, tablet, etc.) in advance. Although wi-fi will be available, we cannot guarantee its speed during peak times.

Printing your notes: If you would like to have a hard copy of your notes and/or presentations, please print them before arriving at the MVC. There are no notes printing stations on site.

A few notes for attendees joining us in Columbus for the live MVC:

• The in-person portion of the MVC will continue as planned, with appropriate precautions in place.
• If you are attending the live event, we strongly encourage you to be fully vaccinated/boosted.
• Please also keep in mind that the city of Columbus currently requires all guests to wear masks, regardless of vaccination status.
