Pack your bags: The 2022 MVC is almost here!

The Midwest Veterinary Conference is only a few days away! Here are a few final tips to help you prepare for the MVC and have a great experience from start to finish.

2. Review or plan your schedule

4. Pack your bags

What to Pack

  • Your confirmation packet and name badge (if registered by Jan. 21)
  • Charging cords for your devices
  • A notebook, if you prefer to take hand-written notes
  • A reusable bag for all your conference materials and exhibitor freebies
  • A face mask (The City of Columbus requires wearing a face mask in all public indoor spaces, which includes the convention center)

Reminder: Do NOT bring pets. In keeping with the law, only service animals are permitted.

6. Pick up your on-site materials in GCCC Hall A

  • If you received your badge in the mail, you DO NOT need to check in with MVC staff!
  • If you did not receive your badge in the mail, you may print your own at the self-serve printing kiosk.
    • Type in your name or scan the QR code below to look up your registration.
    • Alternatively, head over to the Attendee Assistance counter (not Registration) to request a badge.
