2. Review or plan your schedule
If you registered for sessions: Review and update your schedule as needed by signing in to the mobile app.
Having trouble removing a session you registered for? Click here to find out why.
If you did not register for sessions: Easily add sessions to your registration via the MVC mobile app. These changes will sync to your permanent attendee record.
Your CE Record: Any sessions you add to your schedule in the mobile app will be auto-populated on your transcript, so be sure your schedule is accurate!
Check for Program Updates: Due to unforseen circumstances, certain programs have changed since registration opened. Be sure to check the program updates to see what's changed.

3. Save/print your session documents
If you would like to have a copy of your session notes and/or presentations (if the speaker provided these materials), please download them to your device and/or print them prior to the MVC. Access the Conference Proceedings via:
The MVC mobile app: Access the associated documents by tapping on the session and scrolling down to the Attachments section.
Can't access the documents for a particular session? You must be registered for that session in order to view the documents in the mobile app. Simply add the session to your schedule to access the attachments. Otherwise, you can view the documents via the next option.
The MVC website: Go to www.mvcinfo.org/notes and enter the password found in your mailed confirmation or by logging in to your attendee profile.

Not sure what to wear? We recommend business casual, but the weather can be unpredictable, so be sure to check the Columbus forecast before you pack!
Bringing a Guest? You can purchase Exhibit Hall Visitors Passes in advance or on site for $25 per day. Please note, Exhibit Hall passes do not include access to CE or special events (with the exception of Exhibit Hall Happy Hour).

6. Pick up your on-site materials in GCCC Hall A
Did not receive your badge or need to make changes?
Stop by the self-serve badge printing station, located inside the Hall A directly across from the entrance. Simply scan the QR code in your MVC reminder email, or look up your registration manually. You will be able to preview your badge before printing. Once you have your badge, proceed to the Program Materials station.

Community Bulletin Board*: If you're looking for a new staff member or selling a practice, you can print/bring a notice with you to post on the bulletin board, located in the Gathering Corner (north end of Hall A). Space is available on a first-come, first serve basis.

Nursing Mothers: There is a private room designated for nursing mothers located on the south side of the GCCC/Hyatt connector. Mothers who would like to store their equipment or need access to a refrigerator during sessions may use the OVMA staff office. Stop by the Attendees desk to inquire.
