How do I log in to view/modify my booth reservation?
Refer to your booth/sponsorship confirmation email for a direct link to your personalized reservation center. No password is required, so you can share the URL with other team members authorized to manage your profile, reservations, make payments, etc. Warning: Please ensure you share the URL only with authorized personnel.
What can I do in the reservation center?
You can review your reservation and payments; download invoices and receipts; submit credit card payments; reserve additional booths, sponsorships, and/or marketing; upload a logo; update your company profile; and preview your profile on the live floor plan.
You CANNOT modify your existing reservation (remove add-ons, switch booths, etc.) or cancel. If you would like to make these changes, please contact us.
Can I add or transfer access to the service center to someone else on my staff?
Simply forward your booth/sponsorship confirmation email to whoever you wish to have access. This email contains a direct link to your reservation, and no password is required, so please restrict it only to authorized personnel.
