Online registration opens the week of Nov. 18 (subject to change) and will remain open through the end of the conference. All advance registrations must be submitted online; no mailed registrations will be accepted. On-site registration will also be available during the live MVC.

The registration fees vary depending on your job title, your OVMA membership status, how many days you are planning to attend, and when you register. See registration fees »

Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) is required at the time of registration. If you choose to register on site the MVC, you can pay by cash or check as well.

No, the MVC does not issue invoices or purchase orders. We are able to keep our registration prices low by encouraging our 6,000+ attendees to self-register online, thus freeing our staff to focus on high-level planning and preparation.

If your organization requires prior approval for payment, please refer to the registration fees to create your own purchase order. Note there are no service fees or taxes in addition to the posted registration rates.
