Virtual Booth / Sponsor Profile Setup

  1. Log in to the Exhibitor Admin Portal.
  2. On the "Exhibitor Profile" tile of the home page, click the "Finish Profile" button, or click the "Profile" tab in the left sidebar.
  3. On the "Options" menu in the top right corner, click "Edit Profile."
  4. Upload your company logo and virtual booth banner, check/update your contact information, and add social profiles. Once finished, click the "Save" button at the bottom right corner of the page.
  5. To add materials to your booth, click the "Content" tab and then click the "Add content" menu. Select the correct option and follow the prompts to add/upload your materials. Be sure to click "Save" or "Upload" at the bottom right corner to confirm.
    • NOTE: Content will appear in reverse upload order, with the most recent upload appearing first.
    • PRO TIP: Don't forget to re-name your files so they're easy for attendees to identify! Otherwise, the system will use the document name—which may make sense to you, but not always your visitors.
