Want to increase the number of attendees visiting your booth? The MVC offers additional opportunities that will help boost your booth traffic. Combine multiple programs for an even bigger impact!

Pre-MVC Opportunities

Direct Mail

  • Exhibitors and sponsors may purchase pre-MVC attendee mailing labels at 12 cents each
  • Purchase includes license for one time use
  • Target all attendees or select specific demographics
  • Mail your promotional material directly to attendees on your schedule
  • Invite attendees to visit your booth to learn more about a new service/product, pick up a freebie, or enter a raffle

Program Advertising

  • Place an ad in the Registration* and/or On-Site programs to grab attendees' attention
  • 15% discount if you reserve ad space in both programs!
  • Invite attendees to visit your booth to learn more about a new service/product, pick up a freebie, or enter a raffle
  • Promote an event you are holding during the MVC or in the future

Attendee Confirmation Email

  • 150x150 feature in confirmation emails sent to all attendees (appx. 4,500) { See sample }
  • Use the space to promote anything you want** and invite attendees to your booth to learn more, pick up a sample or enter a raffle drawing

On-Site Opportunities

Exhibit Hall Passport to Rewards Program

  • Limited to 20 exhibiting companies
  • Guaranteed traffic: Attendees must visit your booth to be eligbile for prizes
  • Built into the MVC mobile app


  • Limited to 25 exhibiting companies
  • Display your item on a pedestal table, along with any marketing materials or pamphlets
  • Signage will direct attendees to your booth to learn more

Mobile App Marketing

  • 3-second or 6-second banner ads: Banners appear throughout the mobile app and may direct attendees to your exhibitor profile, website, or a geo-location.
  • Attendee game challenge: Exhibitors/sponsors may create a photo-based challenge (e.g., take a photo of a product, get a selfie with a company rep, etc.) in mobile app. Attendees earn points for completing challenges and compete to win prizes.
  • Interactive map pin for exhibitor profile: Users may tap a link in the profile to go directly to that exhibitor's booth on the floor plan. (Regular profiles contain the booth number but no link.)
  • Enhanced exhibitor profile: Exhibitor may provide images and/or documents that would be housed in their exhibitor profile. (Regular profiles contain only text.)

CE Track Sponsorship

  • One slide of the informational slideshow displayed as attendees arrive will thank your company for supporting the CE sessions. You can use this to invite attendees to your booth to learn about a related product or service.
