Thank you for registering for the 2016 Midwest Veterinary Conference!

Dear {[C-FIRST NAME]}:

We have successfully processed your registration! See below for general Conference information and your individual registration details. Please save this email for future reference.

Confirmation Materials

All attendees (except students, who may pick up their badges on site) will receive a confirmation letter and their registration badge in the mail beginning the week of Feb. 2, 2016. Please review the contents carefully and bring the packet with you to the Midwest Veterinary Conference.

We will send your confirmation packet to the following address:

If this is incorrect, please {[E-MODIFY REG LINK]} to modify your entry, or contact OVMA.

If you do not receive these materials prior to the Conference, please go to the "Already Registered?" counter in Hall C of the Greater Columbus Convention Center when you arrive to pick up your materials.

Before Your Arrival

Conference Proceedings, brought to you by Sponsor, will be available online at beginning Feb. 6, 2015. The user name is sponsor and the password is mvc2016 (both are case sensitive). If you wish to have a hard copy of your notes at the Conference, be sure to print session notes in advance, as notes printing stations are not available on site. Please note the OVMA will not be mailing CD-ROMs in your confirmation packet; you may pick up your CD-ROM on site.

Housing is available through several local hotels, which have reserved rooms for MVC attendees. Please visit the MVC Travel & Hotels page for participating hotels, rates, and reservation instructions, as well as parking and travel information.

Download the MVC mobile app, brought to you by Sponsor, from the MVC Web site. You'll get conference updates, CE and event schedules, maps and room locations, exhibitor information and more — right in the palm of your hand.

Conference updates and news will be posted on the MVC Web site, as well as on the MVC's Facebook and Twitter pages.

Volunteering at the Conference is a great way to become more involved, connect with experts in your field, and meet MVC speakers. There are hundreds of volunteer opportunities that will take your Conference experience to the next level. To learn more about becoming a Session Presider, visit the Volunteers page of the MVC Web site. Additional opportunities just for students only can be found on the Student Volunteers page.

At the Conference

When you arrive at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, you may pick up your on-site program, CD-ROM of Conference Proceedings, and badge holder at the Program Materials station in Hall C.

If you have received your confirmation materials in the mail, you do not need to check in with the MVC staff.

Veterinary students, veterinary technician students and pre-vet students may pick up their badges at the Student counter.

Don't worry if you left your smartphone or tablet charger in your car or hotel room. You'll be able to charge your mobile devices at the MVC charging station, provided by Sponsor, located in the Registration area.

Four-Legged Friends — We love them as much as you do, but Convention Center regulations and health codes prohibit pets from entering the Midwest Veterinary Conference. In keeping with the law, only assistance dogs are permitted. Please help us not disappoint your pets by making them go home early!
