Confirm your badge and mailing address by Jan. 19 |
|
|
|
|
| If you haven't done so already, please log in to your attendee profile to proof your badge and confirmation packet mailing address. Make any necessary corrections by Jan. 19. If you miss this date, you will be able to print a new badge on site. |
|
|
|
|
|
| Confirmation packets* will be mailed out beginning the first week of February. |
|
|
|
|
|
| *For logistical reasons, we do not mail badges to students in advance. Please pick up your badge on site. |
|

Reserve your hotel room and/or parking |

Volunteer as a Session Moderator |

| Many MVC speakers request a session moderator to introduce and assist them during their presentations. This is your chance to meet your favorite speakers and help the MVC run smoothly! |
