Exhibitors

Companies that exhibit at the MVC receive a listing in both printed programs* and a profile in the mobile app.

*Depending on when booth is reserved. Refer to the exhibitor calendar to find out when the relevant deadlines are.

Sponsors

Depending on your sponsorship level, you may receive complimentary display ads, banner ads, and more. Please see the Sponsor Benefits for complete details.

Exhibitors

Attendee mailing lists are not included as part of the booth fee; however, they can be purchased at the rate of 12 cents per name.

Exhibitors and sponsors are welcome to host meetings or events for attendees outside of session hours, provided the reservation is made directly through OVMA by mid-January.

Note: If you are already registered as an exhibitor or sponsor, click the green button, and then click the "Summary" link at the top of the page. From there, click the "Registrant Login" link to modify your existing registration.
