Mailing Labels

Purchase pre- or post-MVC attendee mailing labels for 12 cents each. Labels are good for one-time use.

New Product Showcase

Exhibit Hall Passport

  • You supply a photo-based challenge to appear in the mobile app passport. (For instance, you could ask attendees to take a picture of your company's newest pet food on display in the New Product Showcase, take a selfie with a company rep, or post a photo of something they like in your booth.) Be creative!
  • Attendees post the photos, which appear in the MVC's social and mobile app feeds for everyone to see.
  • Attendees who complete all 20 challenges are entered in a raffle for fabulous prizes, compliments of your company!

Lead Retrieval

Exhibitors will be able to use their smartphones or tablets to gather and store attendee information at the 2018 MVC. Lead retrieval will be provided by SmartSource Computer & Audio Visual Rentals.

Features

Liability Insurance

Your certificate of insurance must be submitted by Feb. 1.

All exhibitors must obtain liability insurance to participate in the Midwest Veterinary Conference.

Please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your certificate of insurance (COI):

  • Remember when you fill out the form, you must put your company name(s) in the "Insured" box. Be sure to include your booth number.
  • OVMA should be named as an additional insured on your COI. In the "Certificate Holder" section, please enter: Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, 1472 Manning Parkway, Powell Ohio 43065.
  • If you need help obtaining a COI, contact your insurance company. 
  • Your company's COI should be submitted by Feb. 1, 2018. OVMA must have this document on file before you are able to set up your booth.
